Enterprise
software

Five tools. And the
data still lives
in Excel.

We build software that fits the operation — not the other way around. No features nobody uses. No tools that don't talk to each other. One system, made for the business.

How a sprint
works with us
04

Exactly what you need. Nothing more.

[01]

Discovery
& scoping

We understand the operation, map the processes and define the scope of the first module. Deliverable: scope document and approved wireframes.

[02]

Design
& setup

Interface design, repository, CI/CD and environments configured. You already have access to the code. Deliverable: approved design and shared repo.

[03]

Development
sprint 1

First development sprint. Core functionality under construction. Deliverable: a live demo of real progress and a staging deploy.

[04]

Iteration
& deploy

Adjustments from demo feedback, testing, and a production deploy of the first working module. Deliverable: system in production plus documentation.

Fragmented tools

Five tools. Five logins. Five invoices.

And the data still lives in a spreadsheet in the middle. The operation depends on copy-pasting between systems that never talk to each other.

Slow manual process

The process takes 45 minutes. It was made for paper.

Someone moved it to a screen, but it's still digital paper. Three manual approvals for something that should be automatic.

Underused SaaS

The SaaS costs $15M/mo. You use 20%.

The other 80% funds features another company requested. The roadmap is decided by someone who doesn't know your operation.

By the numbers
Code ownership

100%

The code is yours from the first commit. Shared repository from day one — no lock-in, no third parties holding your system hostage.

First demo

Wk 3

The first functional demo ships in week three, not month six. And every Friday after that, there's a new one.

Systems in production

40+

Enterprise systems running in production across retail, logistics, insurance and manufacturing operations.

MVP to production

8–12

Weeks from kickoff to a live MVP in production — scoped, tested and ready for real users.

FAQ

answers

Yes. From the first commit. The repository is shared from day one. If you decide tomorrow to continue without us, you have everything: code, documentation and infrastructure access. Nothing stays with third parties.

We decide it together. We explain the options with real trade-offs. If there's already an internal stack, we adapt. If it's a new project, we recommend what works best for the case.

The system isn't abandoned. We offer maintenance and evolution plans. Bugs get fixed. New features get added in later sprints. The team stays available.

Yes. We deliver complete technical documentation, deploy guides and knowledge-transfer sessions. The goal is for your internal team to run the system without depending on anyone.

Yes. Infrastructure is included in the monthly plan — AWS or GCP depending on the case. If you prefer your own cloud account, we configure everything there at no extra cost.

Between 8 and 12 weeks depending on scope. The first working demo appears in week three. Every Friday there's a new demo.
